Service Description

Mexicali Host provides short-term and long-term accommodation services in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. Our services include:

  • Apartment rentals for various durations
  • Booking and reservation management
  • Customer support and assistance
  • Additional services as requested

Booking and Reservations

Short-term Bookings

  • Reservation Process: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment
  • Payment Terms: Full payment required at time of booking
  • Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
  • Modifications: Changes subject to availability and may incur fees

Long-term Rentals

  • Application Process: Rental applications subject to approval
  • Lease Terms: Minimum 6-month lease required
  • Security Deposit: One month’s rent required as security deposit
  • Payment Schedule: Monthly rent payments due on the 1st of each month

Guest Responsibilities

  • Property Care: Maintain cleanliness and care for the property
  • House Rules: Follow all building rules and regulations
  • Noise Control: Respect quiet hours and neighbor privacy
  • Damage Prevention: Report any damage or maintenance issues
  • Pet Policy: Follow pet guidelines and cleanup requirements

Property Rules and Regulations

  • No Smoking: Smoking prohibited in all units and common areas
  • No Parties: Gatherings and parties not permitted
  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
  • Guest Limits: Maximum occupancy as specified for each unit
  • Parking: Use designated parking areas only

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in Time: 3:00 PM (early check-in subject to availability)
  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM (late check-out subject to availability)
  • Key Collection: Arrangements made prior to arrival
  • Property Inspection: Final inspection upon departure

Payment and Fees

  • Bank transfers
  • Cash payments (in person only)
  • Digital payment platforms

Additional Fees

  • Cleaning Fee: Included in short-term rentals
  • Pet Deposit: Additional USD for pet-friendly stays
  • Late Check-out: USD per hour after 11:00 AM
  • Extra Cleaning: USD for excessive cleaning required

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Short-term Bookings

  • 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund
  • 24-48 Hours Notice: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 Hours: No refund
  • No-show: No refund

Long-term Rentals

  • Early Termination: 30-day written notice required
  • Security Deposit: Returned within 30 days of departure
  • Damage Assessment: Deductions for damages or excessive cleaning

Liability and Insurance

  • Guest Insurance: Guests responsible for personal property insurance
  • Property Damage: Guests liable for damage beyond normal wear and tear
  • Personal Injury: Mexicali Host not liable for personal injuries
  • Force Majeure: Not liable for events beyond our control

Website Usage

  • Acceptable Use: Use website for legitimate booking purposes only
  • Prohibited Activities: No unauthorized access or interference
  • Content Accuracy: Information provided in good faith but not guaranteed
  • Intellectual Property: Website content protected by copyright
